Jose Minski

Jose Minski co-founded WM Partners and currently serves as President.
Mr. Minski is also a member of the ESG Committee.
Mr. Minski has more than 36 years of experience working in a range of sectors, including nutrition and consumer goods.
Mr. Minski founded Nature’s Products, Inc. (“NPI”) in 1986 as a high-quality contract manufacturing company (NPI subsequently became a part of the Nutranext portfolio of companies).
Mr. Minski took on the roles of President and CEO of all entities in the Nutranext portfolio of companies, guiding the portfolio through nine significant acquisitions and one new venture.
From 1985 to 1997, Mr. Minski served as the COO of Trolli, Inc., which he co-founded in 1985.
Mr. Minski helped to vertically integrate and position Trolli for growth from the time he co-founded the company as a start-up venture to its eventual sale to Texas Pacific Group (“TPG”) in 1997 for $120 million.
Following the sale of Trolli to TPG, Mr. Minski continued to serve on the Board of Directors of Favorite Brands, a TPG portfolio company, until 2000.
Mr. Minski has been involved in exits for over $930 million dollars and more than 18 M&A acquisitions.Mr. Minski is an active member of the board of directors of several companies focused on the pharmaceuticals and gelatins sectors.
He is a board member of Grupo Procaps, a publicly traded pharmaceutical company (NASDAQ: PROCAP) with presence in 13 countries throughout Latin America and the United States; Gelco Gelatin, the third largest gelatin manufacturing group in the world, with principal operations in Colombia, Brazil and Ecuador; Descafecol, the largest natural decaffeination plant in South America and Naturmega S.A., a fish oil processing plant in Colombia.
Mr. Minski was a former board member of the Nutrition Business Council.
