Chang Wen Chen

Chang Wen Chen is currently the Chairman & Senior Partner at Lee & Li Attorneys-at-law.
He is also a Director at Asia Cement Corp., Lee & Li Foundation, Chinese (Taiwan) Society of International Law, Cheng Hsin General Hospital, Novartis (Taiwan) Co., Ltd., Koo Foundation Sun Yat-Sen Cancer Center, and a Professor at National Chengchi University.
In the past, Dr. Chen served as the Chairman-Guanghua Law School Council at Zhejiang University, Vice Chairman & General Secretary at Straits Exchange Foundation, Chairman at Taipei European School Foundation, Director at Pegatron Corp., and as a Professor at Peking University and Tsinghua University.
He also held the position of President at Red Cross Society of China.
Dr. Chen completed his graduate degree at the University of British Columbia in 1969 and his graduate and doctorate degrees at Harvard Law School.
He also obtained a graduate degree from National Taiwan University in 1967.
