Prior to assuming his current role with People's Bank, Mr. Huebner was senior vice president and manager of Human Resources and Strategic Planning at People's.
While in Strategic Planning, Huebner led People's into supermarket banking.
He successfully established the exclusive partnership in Connecticut with Super Stop & Shop.
This program has grown to be the most successful supermarket banking franchise in U.S.
history.
Huebner also worked closely with Regional Banking to design the innovative People's Financial Centers ™.
Mr. Huebner holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Lehigh University and a master's in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He has completed courses in strategic planning and product development at Wharton's Executive Education Program and also has completed the Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan
