Prior to Allied Capital, he was an Associate with Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for analyzing and managing public equity and debt offerings as well as M&A transactions.
Mr. Cummings received a BA from Dartmouth College and a MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School (UNC).
