Pacis is currently the Chairman or President of several companies, including International Social Service Philippines, Inc., Asian Silver Estate, Inc., Amigo Holdings, Inc., Asian Waterfront Holdings, Inc., Mantle Holdings, Inc., Suntrust Resort Holdings, Inc., Legisforum, Inc., Armstrong Pacific Co., Inc., Technology Investment Co., Inc., Seawood Holdings, Inc., and Paluwagan NG Bayan Savings Bank.
He is also a Director of OCLP Holdings Inc. and was previously the Managing Partner of Pacis & Reyes.
He served as Chairman of Alliance Select Foods International, Inc. from 2016 to 2022 and has been a Director of several banks.
He is a Professor at Ateneo De Manila Law School.
Pacis received his undergraduate degree from the University of Ateneo de Manila and his graduate degrees from Harvard Law School and Ateneo De Manila Law School.
