Instituto de Diagnostico SA is a Chile-based company engaged in the healthcare sector. The Company manages and operates Clinica Indisa, a private clinic located in the Santiago Metropolitan Region, which provides such hospital and outpatient services, as internal medicine admission and surgery, intensive and intermediate care units, pediatrics and neonatology, post-surgery recuperation, clinical laboratories, blood donation, radiology, endocrinology, computerized tomography, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine, hemodialysis and other outpatient procedures and services that cover all areas of medicine. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Servicios Integrados de Salud Ltda, Servicios Complementarios de Salud Ltda, Inmobiliaria San Cristobal SA and Indisa Laboratorio Ltda.
