METALLURGICAL CORPORATION OF CHINA LTD.* BRIEFING ON THE NEWLY SIGNED CONTRACTS FROM JANUARY TO JULY IN 2019
The board of directors and all directors of Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd.* (the "Company") warrant that the contents of this announcement do not contain any misrepresentation, misleading statement or material omission, and accept several and joint responsibilities for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents of this announcement.
The value of newly signed contracts of the Company from January to July 2019 amounted to RMB422.89 billion, representing an increase of 18.9% from the same period of last year, among which the value of newly signed overseas contracts amounted to RMB14.74 billion.
In July, newly signed individual material engineering and construction contracts of the Company with value of more than RMB500 million are set out as follows:
