(Disclosure update) Notice Concerning Conclusion of a Contract

for the Sale of Real Estate

ARDEPRO Co., Ltd. ("ARDEPRO" or "the Company") has today settled the sales of real estate for sale stated in May 30, 2020 press release "Notice Concerning Conclusion of Purchase Contracts for Real Estate for Sale." Brief details are presented as follows.

1. The Settlement of the Sales of Real Estate for Sale Located in Minato-ku, Tokyo (1) Details of the properties for sale

(2) Outline on the buyer and the transaction

The parties to the sales contract have executed a non-disclosure agreement. Accordingly, ARDEPRO will refrain from disclosing the name of the buyer and sales price of the property. ARDEPRO has no capital, personal or transactional relationships with the buyer. Moreover, the buyer is not considered as a related party.

Typically, the timely disclosure of this settlement would not be considered necessary, but the Company has released this notice in keeping with its commitment to thorough disclosure.

2. Forecast

The Company is also conducting sales activities related to other properties not mentioned above and will promptly announce any future revisions to business results.
