(Disclosure update) Notice Concerning Conclusion of a Contract

for the Sale of Real Estate

ARDEPRO Co., Ltd. ("ARDEPRO" or "the Company") concluded on May 30, 2020 a contract for the sale of real estate. Brief details are presented as follows.

1. Conclusion of a Contract for the Sale of Real Estate Located in Minato-ku, Tokyo

(1) Outline of the sales contract

The Company has concluded a contract with a buyer in Okayama for the sale of the following property, the acquisition of which was announced in a May 29, 2020 news release entitled "Notice Concerning the Purchase of Real Estate for Sale."

(2) Schedule for the sale

1. Date of conclusion of the sales contract: May 30, 2020
2. Date of settlement for the sale: by Jun 30, 2020

(3) Outline on the buyer and the transaction

The parties to the sales contract have executed a non-disclosure agreement. Accordingly, ARDEPRO will refrain from disclosing the name of the buyer and sales price of the property. ARDEPRO has no capital, personal or transactional relationships with the buyer. Moreover, the buyer is not considered as a related party.

Typically, the timely disclosure of this settlement would not be considered necessary, but the Company has released this notice in keeping with its commitment to thorough disclosure.

The Company is also conducting sales activities related to other properties not mentioned above and will promptly announce any future revisions to business results.
