Property Contracted Pre-sales Overview

- In September 2023, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks amounted to approximately RMB1.568 billion on a total contracted gross floor area ("GFA") of 67,835 square metres ("sqm"), a decrease of 83.2% and 63.2% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022.
- For the nine months ended 30 September 2023, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks was approximately RMB26.092 billion on a total contracted GFA of 1,018,923 sqm, a decrease of 51.7% and an increase of 1.0% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022.
- In addition, a total of approximately RMB2.565 billion of subscription sales of the Group together with its joint ventures and associates was recorded as at 30 September 2023 and is expected to be subsequently turned into property contracted pre- sales in the following months.

Contracted Pre-sales of Other Property Development Projects under the Group's Project Management Business Bearing the "Yanlord" Brand Name
- In September 2023, the total contracted pre-sales of other property development projects under the Group's project management business bearing the "Yanlord" brand name was approximately RMB14 million on a total contracted GFA of 338 sqm.
- For the nine months ended 30 September 2023, the total contracted pre-sales of other property development projects under the Group's project management business bearing the "Yanlord" brand name was approximately RMB506 million on a total contracted GFA of 19,266 sqm.
