Property Contracted Pre-sales Overview

- In March 2023, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks amounted to approximately RMB3.557 billion on contracted gross floor area ("GFA") of 135,171 square metres ("sqm"), a decrease of 33.3% and an increase of 11.7% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022.
- For the three months ended 31 March 2023, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre- sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks was approximately RMB8.129 billion on contracted GFA of 322,808 sqm, a decrease of 49.9% and an increase of 0.3% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022.
- In addition, a total of approximately RMB4.373 billion of subscription sales of the Group together with its joint ventures and associates was recorded as at 31 March 2023 and is expected to be subsequently turned into property contracted pre-sales in the following months.

Contracted Pre-sales of Other Property Development Projects under the Group's Project Management Business Bearing the "Yanlord" Brand Name
- In March 2023, the total contracted pre-sales of other property development projects under the Group's project management business bearing the "Yanlord" brand name was approximately RMB98 million on contracted GFA of 2,844 sqm.
- For the three months ended 31 March 2023, the total contracted pre-sales of other property development projects under the Group's project management business bearing the "Yanlord" brand name was approximately RMB183 million on contracted GFA of 5,320 sqm.
