PALATINE, Ill. (AP) _ Weber Inc. (WEBR) on Wednesday reported a loss of $28.4 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Palatine, Illinois-based company said it had a loss of 53 cents. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs and restructuring costs, were 33 cents per share.

The maker of outdoor cooking equipment posted revenue of $168.1 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $73.6 million, or $1.37 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.59 billion.
