On November 25, 2020, UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will host its annual investor conference with analysts and institutional investors virtually on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EST (the "Investor Conference").
