Pursuance to the provisions of Regulation 30 and in accordance with requirements of Clause 16 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Eighth (8th) Meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) pursuant to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is scheduled to be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 11:30 hours (11.30 A.M.) for consideration of below mentioned items:
To take note of the exclusion of 105 days period for the time taken in legal proceedings during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, under the provisions of Section 12
of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 40 of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
To take note of the Status of the Resolution Plans received and decide on further course of action.
