Foshan Xiaobang Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 3% stake in Unionman Technology Co., Ltd. from EleFirst Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300356) for CNY 30 million on April 19, 2019. Unionman Technology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 2.58 billion and net assets of CNY 603.88 million as at December 31, 2018. Unionman Technology Co., Ltd. reported revenues of CNY 3.06 billion, operating profit of CNY 54.22 million and net profit of CNY 52.31 million in 2018. The Board of Directors of EleFirst Science & Technology Co., Ltd. approved the transaction on April 19, 2019. The transaction does not need the approval from the shareholders meeting.
