UGI Corporation reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended September 30, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was USD 1,404 million compared to USD 1,934 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 1,404 million compared to USD 1,934 million a year ago. Net income was USD 131 million compared to USD 244 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.62 compared to USD 1.16 a year ago. In Europe, the Company markets and distributes propane and other liquified petroleum gas (LPG), and market other energy products and services. It operates through four segments: AmeriGas Propane, UGI International, Midstream & Marketing, and Utilities. The AmeriGas Propane segment operates propane distribution business. The UGI International segment consists of LPG distribution businesses in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania and others.
