As a consequence of Standard & Poor's Rating Services (S&P)'s downgrading Turkey's sovereign credit rating, based on its statement dated 7 May 2018, the rating agency downgraded our Company's long term foreign currency rating from " BB" to "BB-" while keeping the outlook "stable".
