Two new non-executive directors appointed

 

The Annual General Meeting held on the 18th of May 2011 saw the confirmation of the appointment of Mercedes Erra (Euro RSCG) and Richard Nottage as non-executive directors of the company.

 

 


 

Mercedes Erra (a graduate of HEC and the Sorbonne), founder of the leading French advertising agency BETC Euro RSCG is the Executive Chairman of Euro RSCG Worldwide and Managing Director of Havas. She is also Chairman of the Cité Nationale de l'Histoire de l'Immigration and a Board member of Forces Femmes, the Elle Foundation, Association Centre Pompidou-Metz, Havas and Accor. Mercedes Erra is also Honorary Chairman of the HEC Association and Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur and Officier of l'Ordre National du Mérite.

 

 

 

Richard Nottage is an independent consultant, specialized in structuring and monitoring investments, as well as operational coordination in various business sectors such as prestige hotels, real estate and financial investments. He commenced his career in 1980 with a London merchant bank subsequently being posted to a Kuwaiti subsidiary for two years. In 1984 he was appointed director of Ifabanque SA Paris where he concentrated on private banking mainly for Middle Eastern clients.
