Removal of (Σ) marking from the titles of Toriase Public Company Ltd
(Emerging Companies Market)
Following the issue and publication of the Half-Yearly Financial Report of Toriase Public Company Ltd (Emerging Companies Market) for the period ended 30/06/2022, the Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has decided, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 2.2.7 of RAA 379/2014 (as amended), to remove the (Σ) marking from the titles of the said company in the trading boards and the price bulletins of the CSE, since the reason that led to the appearance of the marking on its securities no longer exists.
The above decision of the CSE Council will come to effect as of Monday, 24 October 2022.
