Investor Conference "Mid & Small in Milan" 2022

Tiscali S.p.A. announces that it will participate in the "Mid & Small in Milan" Investors' Conference on November 30th, 2022. The conference, organized by Virgilio IR, will be held at the headquarters of Borsa Italiana.
During the day of November 30th, Tiscali S.p.A., represented by the CEO Davide Rota, the CFO Fabio Bartoloni and the Investor Relations Officer Patrizia Tammaro, will present the business plan of the new Tiscali to institutional investors.
"This is a first opportunity to meet institutional investors and dialogue with the financial market. We are pleased to have this opportunity to tell the Italian investors about our growth path, thus initiating the development of long-term relationships with qualified investors," said CEO, Davide Rota.
At the Conference, the Company is presenting for the first time the expected data for the end of 2022 on a Pro-Forma basis, that is, simulating the effects of the merger with Linkem Retail as of January 1st, 2022, compared with 2021 of Tiscali stand alone.
