TIH Limited Appoints Thanathip Vidhayasirinun as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Nominating Committee, Chairman of Risk Governance Committee, and Member of Audit Committee, Effective 4 August, 2016

TIH Limited has announced that Mr. Thanathip Vidhayasirinun has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from 4 August 2016. Mr. Thanathip has also been appointed as the chairman of the Nominating Committee, the Chairman of the Risk Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
