600 Group PLC - West Yorkshire, England-based manufacturer and distributor of machine tools, precision engineered components and industrial laser systems - Says Neil Carrick will return as chief financial officer on January 1. Current CFO Rui Lopes will step down as a director with effect from December 31 by mutual agreement. Carrick joined 600 in 2011 as finance director until November 2020, when he stepped down as CFO. Says as part of Neil's reappointment as CFO, he will be working closely with management on delivering the group's strategy.

Celadon Pharmaceuticals PLC - London-based manufacturer and supplier of cannabinoid-based medicines formerly known as Summerway Capital PLC - Hires Jonathan Turner as chief financial officer. Says Turner will start a phased transition into his role from this month and will join the firm on a full-time basis from February next year. Turner will join from Oxford Instruments PLC where he has been director of accounting, tax, and treasury since 2020. He will succeed Katie Long, who is returning to her role within Tessera Investment Management Ltd.

Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Ltd - Guernsey-based investor in music copyright assets - Says Trevor Bowen will step down from his role as chair and as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Hires Robert Naylor as chair with immediate effect.
