Ten Entertainment Group plc announced that Adam Bellamy will join the company's Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 November 2018. Adam will serve as Chair of the Audit Committee. Adam has considerable consumer experience encompassing multi-site and growth businesses which the company will be able to draw upon as it continues its strategy of organic growth and the selective acquisitions of underinvested sites. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at PureGym, where he also previously served as CFO for six years up to 2018 during which time the business rapidly grew from a 30-site operation to become the UK's largest low-cost gym operator with 220 sites, culminating in the sale to Leonard Green which valued Pure Gym at over £600 million.
