Cash dividends of NT$1,050,014,090 with NT$8.88 distribution per share.

Cash dividends of NT$1,050,014,090 with NT$8.91892062 distribution per share
4.Reason for the change:The outstanding shares were affected by
the 16,000 shares conversion of employee stock warrants
(and 532,000 shares of treasury stock, which did not
participate in the ex-dividend), resulting in an adjustment
of the dividend distribution rate.
5.Any other matters that need to be specified:The resolution
of the shareholders' meeting held on June 29, 2022
authorized the chairman to adjust the dividend distribution rate.
