Taiwan Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced operating income was TWD 209.193 million compared to TWD 185.445 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 201.353 million compared to TWD 150.273 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.56 compared to TWD 0.41 a year ago. For the half year, operating income was TWD 373.732 million compared to TWD 437.157 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 331.673 million compared to TWD 356.449 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.92 compared to TWD 0.98 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.91 compared to TWD 0.98 a year ago.
