(the "Corporation") received the Certificate of Filing of Amended Articles of Incorporation from the Securities and Exchange Commission approving the amendment of the Articles of Incorporation of the Corporation to change its corporate name "Suntrust Home Developers, Inc." to "Suntrust Resort Holdings, Inc.".
