Sunland Group ('Sunland' or 'Group') yesterday announced a fully franked final and special dividend of 4 cents and 2 cents per share respectively through the ASX portal.

The ASX portal does not provide for separate announcements with common record and payment dates. Accordingly, we have today re-released the dividend announcement via one document.
