  On August 12, 2021, Steadfast Apartment REIT, Inc. (the "Company") held its
2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). At the Annual
Meeting, certain executive officers of the Company responded to pre-submitted
questions from the Company's stockholders. A copy of the script for the question
and answer portion of the Annual Meeting (the "Q&A Script") is being furnished
as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
