The consolidated sales for the nine months of 2022 report a 7.94 % growth compared to the sales for the same period of 2022 and an increase by over 49 % compared to the reported sales for the nine months of 2021. The net sales revenue for the nine months of 2023 reached BGN 304.21 million on a consolidated basis.

The consolidated revenues only for the third quarter of 2023 are in the amount of BGN 92.6 million and thus we report a decrease by 5.96 % compared to the same period of the previous year and an increase by 22.2 % compared to the same period of 2021. Our current expectations are that sales in the last quarter of the year will be around BGN 70 million. At this stage, with the estimated revenues for the second half of 2023, we expect to report a decrease by around 15% compared to the same period of the previous year and an increase by approximately 10 % compared to the second half of 2021. On an annual basis, we expect the consolidated sales revenues of Stara Planina Hold Plc to reach BGN 374 million thus showing a decrease by approximately 1% compared to the previous year and an increase by nearly 34% compared to the annual sales for 2021.

The gross consolidated profit of the Group of Stara Planina Hold Plc for the nine months of 2023 amounts to BGN 43 322 thousand and reports a 3.3 % growth compared to the gross profit for the same period of 2022 and an increase by over 60 % compared to the nine months of 2021.
