(Alliance News) - Stadio Holdings said its Chief Financial Officer Samara Totaram plans to step down at the end of the year.
The Cape Town-based private higher education group said Totaram is stepping down, as "she plans to take a career break."
Stadio said that it is now in the process of finding a new finance chief.
It noted that Totaram will be available to assist the company in its transition period into 2024, as needed.
"The board wishes to thank Samara for the meaningful role that she has played over the past
seven years in establishing the solid foundation on which the Stadio Group is built today," the company said.
Shares in Stadio were down 3.8% to ZAR4.85 in Johannesburg on Thursday.
