(Stock Code: 1297) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT WON THE BID OF JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATIVE PUBLIC SERVICES SOFTWARE PROJECT FOR HUBEI PROVINCIAL DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

This announcement is made on a voluntary basis by Sinosoft Technology Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that the Group has signed a contract with Hubei Provincial Department of Justice, to obtain the judicial administrative public services software project for Hubei Province ("Hubei Judicial Project"). The Hubei Judicial Project includes provincial judicial administrative management systems, service platforms for citizens, various related application supporting systems, business systems, big data analysis alert and policy making supporting systems.

The Hubei Judicial Project aims to realize a provincial judicial administrative system that is highly digitalized, intelligent, mobile, networked, and convenient to citizens. With the application of big data analysis technology, it will establish a new model for intelligent legal services and judicial management in Hubei Province, and to create a new environment for social governance of judicial administration under the big data era.

The Board believes that the provision of this Hubei Judicial Project marks the provincial judicial departments' recognition of the Group's provincial judicial integrated platform. As the Group continues to expand the sale of its intelligent judicial products on a national level, the implementation of other judicial related products will also intensify in different provinces and cities across the country, so as to bring about larger market prospects to the Group.
