Maury Austin and Lung Tsai Not to Stand for Re-Election to the Board of Directors of Sigma Designs

On April 29, 2013, Maury Austin and Lung Tsai formally confirmed to Sigma Designs, Inc. their decision not to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on July 26, 2013 (the Annual Meeting). Mr. Austin and Mr. Tsai will each serve as a director until the date of the Annual Meeting.
