Shenzhen Comix Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002301) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 150 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not exceeding CNY 17.5 per share. The plan will be valid for 6 months.

The Internet Software as a Service (SaaS) Software Services segment is engaged in the provision of SAAS software services of Internet for the dealers. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in the supply chain management and the provision of related services, among others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
