NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the General Meeting of SFS Real Estate Investment

Trust (SFS REIT) will hold as follows:

Date:	Tuesday May 14, 2024
Venue:	The Art Hotel
	Plot 13a, Block 111 Yesufu Abiodun Street
	Oniru, Victoria Island
	Lagos
Time:	10:00 a.m.

The following businesses will be transacted at the meeting as ordinary business:

1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2023 and the reports of the Fund Managers thereon.
2. To declare a distribution of N14:50 per unit of SFS Real Estate Investment Trust.
3. To consider and if thought fit authorize the Fund Manager to fix the remuneration of the Auditors for the ensuing year.

Right of Unitholders to ask questions
