As stated in the "Notice Regarding Approval of Deadline Extension for Submission of the Securities Report for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2022," announced on June 10, 2022, SBI Holdings, Inc. has received an approval for the extension of the deadline for submission of the securities report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, with the deadline of July 27, 2022, and hereby announces that today, it has submitted the aforementioned securities report to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau.
