"ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2022"
SBI Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that some of the figures stated in the "ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2022" released on May 27, 2022, have been partially corrected as follows.
In addition, along with this correction, the XBRL numerical data has been correspondingly corrected and transmitted.
1. The Reason for correction
After the announcement of "ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2022," it has become clear that the provision for doubtful accounts which was recorded as non-operating expenses in the non-consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2022 is appropriate to be recorded as an extraordinary loss. This is to correct the ordinary income of non-consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 2022 and the rate of year-on-year changes on the "(Reference Information) Non-consolidated Financial Results."
