The lease has been agreed for the basement, ground and first floors with the showroom spanning c.3500 sq ft (c.327 sq m). It is one of only a select few design stores within the city centre and brimming with an array of luxurious lighting, furniture, fixtures and fittings from brands like B&B Italia, Cassina, Flos, Gubi, HAY Carl Hansen and many more. A second floor office suite of 1,000 sq ft (93 sq m) remains available to let through Savills.
