Savills : Independent Luxury Home Design Retailer Arrives in Winchester

Surrounded by independent retailers, cafés, restaurants and office properties, the Holloways of Ludlow Winchester showroom will be located at 67-69 High Street in the heart of the city centre, offering a much-needed design haven to residents and shoppers. The lease has been agreed for the basement, ground and first floors with the showroom spanning c.3500 sq ft (c.327 sq m). It is one of only a select few design stores within the city centre and brimming with an array of luxurious lighting, furniture, fixtures and fittings from brands like B&B Italia, Cassina, Flos, Gubi, HAY Carl Hansen and many more. A second floor office suite of 1,000 sq ft (93 sq m) remains available to let through Savills.
