Discount Rate	10%
Holding	Leasehold rights over land and Leasehold rights over some parts of building
Appraisal Period	26.55 years starting from 1 July 2022 to 17 January 2049
Appraisal Value	Baht 5,751,000,000 (Five thousand seven hundred and fifty-one million baht)
