S P Setia Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates through three segments: Property development, Construction and Others. The Property development segment is engaged in property development business. Its Construction segment is engaged in building and infrastructure construction. Its Others segment is engaged in manufacturing, investing and trading business. It develops townships, eco-sanctuaries, luxury enclaves, and high-rise residences, as well as commercial, retail, and integrated developments. Its projects include Setia Alam, Setia Eco Park, Precinct Arundina, Setia Alam Impian and Temasya Glenmarie in Shah Alam, Setia EcoHill, Setia EcoHill 2 and Setia Mayuri in Semenyih, Setia Eco Glades and Setia Safiro in Cyberjaya, Setia Eco Templer in Rawang, Setia Warisan Tropika in Sepang, Alam Sutera in Bukit Jalil, Alam Damai in Cheras, Setia Alamsari in Bangi, Bandar Kinrara in Puchong, Kota Bayuemas and Trio by Setia in Klang and others.
