Kuban'energo : Alexander Gavrilov is the new Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Rosseti Kuban

Alexander Gavrilov was elected chairperson of the Board of Directors of Kubanenergo PJSC (renders services under the brand 'Rosseti Kuban'). Till 20 June 2019 Alexander Gavrilov was Director General of the grid company operating on the territory of the Krasnodar region and the Republic of Adygea.

The decision on election was taken at the first meeting of the new Board of Directors after the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Rosseti Kuban, which took place on 21 June 2019 in the form of absentee voting.

Alexander Gavrilov was head of Rosseti Kuban (Kubanenergo PJSC) for over 10 years, has extensive professional experience and is well acquainted with all the problems and tasks the power grid complex of the Kuban region is facing now.

'In the Kuban region we have all necessary conditions for digital transformation of infrastructure and building a modern network complex that will meet the existing and future requirements of various categories of consumers, and will also become the basis for further social and economic development of the region in the era of Industry 4.0,' said Alexander Gavrilov.
