ROSSETI, Rosseti is in the top ten of the 2021 National Procurement Transparency Rating in the Public Corporate Customers segment. The company's procurement system has been assigned a high level of transparency.
The assessment is based on the "cross-analysis" methodology, which makes it possible, among other things, to track the influence of non-market factors on the order placement processes. In total, experts analyzed 21 indicators, including the number and form of successful procurement procedures, the number of participants admitted to bidding, the level of competitive activity during the procurement processes, as well as the share of specialized procurement for small businesses, etc.
Rosseti pays great attention to increasing transparency and improving procurement procedures. This year, the company's specialists were awarded for the high level of planning, organization and management of procurement activities and ranked top 10 of rating of the major customer loyalty to small and medium businesses.
The National Procurement Transparency Rating has been published annually since 2006. This year, experts assessed 325 customers, including federal ministries and agencies, constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the largest municipalities and 88 public corporate customers.
