The Management Board of Ronson Development SE (the "Issuer"), announces the schedule of the dates of publication of the Issuer's periodic reports in 2022:

1. Stand-aloneannual report for 2021 (including information about the financial results in the 3-month period ended 31 December 2022): 10 March 2022.
2. Consolidated annual report for 2021 (including information about the financial results in the 3-month period ended 31 December 2021): 10 March 2022.
3. Consolidated quarterly report for the 3-month period ending on 31 March 2022: 12 May 2022.
4. Consolidated semi-annual report for 2022 (including information about the financial results in the 3-month period ending on 30 June 2022): 11 August 2022.
5. Consolidated quarterly report for the 9-month period ending on 30 September 2022 (including information about the financial results in the 3-month period ending on 30 September 2022): 10 November 2022.

Pursuant to § 62 para. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities (...) (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 757) ("Regulation"), the Issuer declares the intention not to provide stand- alone quarterly reports and a stand-alonesemi-annual report. Consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information of the Issuer and the consolidated semi-annual report will include semi-annual condensed financial statements of the Issuer together with the auditors review report.

Pursuant to § 79 para. 2 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish quarterly reports for: Q2 2022 and Q4 2022, respectively.
