Rockwell Automation, Inc. named Bobby Griffin to the newly created role of vice president, Human Resources, and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. Griffin will report to Senior Vice President, Chief People and Legal Officer Becky House. Griffin joins Rockwell with more than 25 years of diversity and inclusion strategy and leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies. He most recently served as vice president of diversity and inclusion at CBRE. Griffin will lead a team responsible for designing a holistic diversity, equity and inclusion strategy that reaches employees, suppliers, and commercial and community partners. Griffin will work with Rockwell’s senior leaders to operationalize the strategy, connecting it to the work the company does every day. He joins the company Feb. 22. Prior to CBRE, Griffin was global head of diversity and inclusion for Flowserve Corporation and global head of diversity and inclusion for Alcon Inc. He has also held various regional and domestic human resource leadership positions for Coca-Cola and Merck & Co., Inc.
