Robi Axiata Limited has appointed Mahtab Uddin Ahmed as its chief executive officer (CEO) and managing director, effective 1 November. Ahmed will replace Supun Weerasinghe, who will return to Sri Lanka's Dialog Axiata, as the successor to the incumbent Group CEO Hans Wijayasuriya, effective 1 January.
