The company, which specialises in the legal, accountancy and technology sectors, said its net fees fell 10% to 91.4 million pounds ($116.71 million) in the quarter ended Dec. 31.

Analysts on average expect full-year profit before tax of 20.5 million pounds, according to a company-compiled consensus.
