Richard Juliano Decides Not to Stand for Re-Election as A Director of Park City Group, Inc

Richard Juliano, who has been a director of Park City Group, Inc. since 2012, informed the Company of his decision not to stand for re-election as a director of the Company at the 2018 annual meeting of stockholders of the Company. Mr. Juliano will continue to serve as a director of the Company until the end of his current term which will end at the conclusion of the 2018 Annual Meeting. Mr. Juliano will continue to be involved with the Company as a consultant, working closely with the Company’s Sales Department.
