Raytheon Company announced that Vernon E. Clark, will be retiring from the Board effective May 30, 2019, and is not a nominee for election at the forthcoming Annual Meeting. Mr. Clark has served as a distinguished member of the Board for thirteen years, including six as Lead Director.
