Ravenscroft Holdings Limited completed the acquisition of Royal London Asset Management C.I. Limited and Royal London Custody Services C.I. Limited from The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited.

Ravenscroft Holdings Limited agreed to acquire Royal London Asset Management C.I. Limited and Royal London Custody Services C.I. Limited from The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited on September 21, 2018. Royal London Asset Management C.I. Limited and Royal London Custody Services C.I. Limited will be rebranded as Ravenscroft. As soon as the sale is completed, all five employees of Royal London Asset Management C.I. Limited and Royal London Custody Services C.I. Limited will move across to Ravenscroft. Royal London CI’s clients will see no changes. The acquisition is subject to approval by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. Hines Associates acted as financial advisor to The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited. Ravenscroft Holdings Limited completed the acquisition of Royal London Asset Management C.I.
