Please take note that Rainbow Children's Medicare Limited (Rainbow/Company) today, i.e. August 29, 2022 has inaugurated a new 55-beds spoke hospital, located at OMR (Sholinganallur) at Chennai. This is Rainbow's first spoke hospital in Chennai. The hospital is designed to provide comprehensive pediatric and obstetrics services. The Company is already operating a 135- beds hub hospital at Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

The spoke hospital at OMR will offer the pediatric healthcare services similar to those provided by Company in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The company will initiate it's hub-and-spoke model in Chennai, where this hospital will provide consultant led 24X7 pediatric and obstetrics emergencies, outpatient services, level 3 NICU services and transfer complex cases, requiring advanced pediatric tertiary and quaternary care treatment to the Hub hospital at Guindy.
