SEMYON SAZONOV BECOMES GENERAL DIRECTOR OF PJSC 'QUADRA - POWER GENERATION'

The Board of Directors of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation', at its meeting of 10 July 2017, elected a new General Director of the company - Semyon Sazonov, vice president of the group 'ONEXIM.'

During the period from April 2015 to May 2016, Semyon Sazonov supervised the authorities relations issues in PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation.' From November 2016, he occupied the position of deputy General Director of the company.

Yury Pimonov, ex-General Director of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation', will continue to work with the company and focus on construction of CSA facilities (facilities constructed under capacity supply agreements).

Semyon Victorovich Sazonov was born in 1976. He has two higher educations - legal and economic ones (with a major in 'Economy and Management at an Enterprise' in the energy sector). He has Executive MBA degree (the Academy of National Economy under the RF Government).

During the period from 2002 to 2005, he was director of JSC 'Novo-Ryazanskaya HPP.'

Besides, from 2003 to 2013, Semyon Sazonov was a deputy of the Ryazan City Duma of two convocations. From 2005, he occupied the positions of Head of the Municipal Formation of the City of Ryazan, and chairperson of the Ryazan City Duma.

From May to November 2016, he worked as director for federal and regional authorities relations with LLC 'MC 'ROSVODOKANAL.'
